    Founder and Chairman of HAYLION, founding member of the China Electric Vehicle Hundred People's Association, and chief expert of the Urban Passenger Transport Expert Committee of the China Road Transport Association. Dr. Hu studied undergraduate and master's degrees in the Department of Transportation Engineering at Southwest Jiaotong University. He graduated with a PhD in Road and Transportation Engineering from Tongji University in Shanghai in 1992. He later held a postdoctoral position at the Transportation Research Center of the University of Kansas in the United States, and pursued further studies at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and as a visiting scholar at the University of California, Berkeley.

      Peter Sharp serves as the International CEO of HAYLION, responsible for promoting the adoption of HAYLION eMaaS services and products across various industries and Markets. His expertise encompasses electric vehicle fleet support, the taxi industry in Hong Kong, commercial building applications, vertiport facilities for the emerging low-altitude economy & Mergers & Acquisition Strategy planning.

      Peter possesses a background in business format development and user-centric design implementation. He gained extensive experience in the retail sector, leading the development and mergers and acquisitions for 20-years at Walmart Asia International and Sam’s Club. Additionally, he has managed other global businesses in the Realty & Commercial Property fields.
