On May 29, ahead of the Dragon Boat Festival, HAYLION’s Administrative Department hosted a zongzi-making event themed “Fragrant Zongzi Leaves: Co-Creation and Sharing.” The venue, decorated with green zongzi leaves, glutinous rice, pork, and mugwort, immersed employees in a festive atmosphere, allowing them to take a break from work and experience the fusion of traditional customs and corporate culture.

Unlike one-way team-building activities, this event centered on “co-creation.” Employees formed teams freely, collaborating on every step—ingredient pairing, leaf folding, tying, and arranging finished zongzi—testing their synergy. Colleagues from Finance guided participants, while the R&D team (usually focused on coding) turned into “handicraft experts,” and the Administrative Department learned from “zongzi masters,” embodying HAYLION’s “co-creation and sharing” ethos of knowledge exchange. A creative competition also showcased innovation, with triangular and pillow-shaped zongzi reflecting HAYLION’s “daring to pioneer” value.
The event mirrored HAYLION’s culture. Looking ahead, the Administrative Department plans more 2025 innovative projects to deepen cultural integration, aligning with the “Building the HAYLION Home” goal. Ultimately, the zongzi wrapped not just ingredients, but reverence for tradition, corporate identity, and warmth—steering HAYLION toward a smart transportation future with technology and culture.
