Digitizing Green Mobility Assets: HAYLION and WeBank's RWA Technology Solution Launch at Hong Kong Expo 2025​

On June 12, 2025, at the "2025 International Automobile & Supply Chain Expo (Hong Kong)" (Booth C04), HAYLION and WeBank Technology Services jointly launched an RWA (Real-World Asset) technical solution for the transportation and energy sector, debuting their co-developed GeC Green Smart Project.

The two parties held a signing ceremony to formalize cooperation on asset digitization in green transportation-energy. Targeting industry pain points—large capital investment, long/fragmented revenue cycles, and financing difficulties—the hardware-software integrated solution combines blockchain and smart hardware. HAYLION provides core operational data via self-developed GeC series hardware (e.g., Intelligent Transportation-Energy Cube), collecting data on vehicle operation, charging services, and green energy generation, while offering RWA-based financial solutions for Hong Kong’s new energy taxi operations and charging networks. WeBank Technology Services leverages its FISCO BCOS blockchain platform to realize real-time, tamper-proof data on-chain, with compliant desensitization for subsequent asset tokenization.

Mr. Xu Yang, General Manager of HAYLION’s GeC Green Smart, noted the solution addresses key industry challenges like financing hurdles and long return periods. WeBank Technology Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of WeBank in Hong Kong, supports Hong Kong’s tokenization market with fintech expertise. The expo runs until June 15 at AsiaWorld-Expo.
