World premiere! EHang's next-generation long-range unmanned passenger aircraft, the VT35, officially unveiled.

EHang, the world-leading advanced air mobility (AAM) technology enterprise, announces the launch of its next-generation long-range unmanned passenger aircraft, the VT35. This model represents an upgraded and optimised composite-wing electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft based on the VT30 prototype. Primarily designed for medium-to-long-range travel scenarios spanning cities, seas and mountainous regions, it advances the low-altitude urban-to-intercity transport ecosystem to a new phase through its unmanned operation, point-to-point direct service and eco-friendly credentials. This development not only signifies a significant expansion of EHang's product portfolio but also represents another milestone for China's intelligent manufacturing sector within the global eVTOL landscape.

VT35 will provide a more efficient, rapid, environmentally friendly, and economically convenient solution for users seeking safe and efficient travel within cities and between urban centres. It will establish an ‘airborne one-hour living circle’ across core metropolitan clusters such as the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, as well as in bay areas and archipelago regions, thereby expanding people's reach. Leveraging the mature operational experience gained by EH216-S's operating airline during its certification and trial operations, VT35 will benefit from proven methodologies for commercialisation planning and operational model development, accelerating its market deployment. Moving forward, VT35 will collaborate with EH216-S to establish a multi-scenario low-altitude transport network, integrating unmanned aerial vehicles into daily life and forging a new low-altitude economic model centred on ‘aircraft + scenarios + ecosystem’.
