On February 19, 2025, Xiamen Ampace Technology (Xineng An) and Shenzhen HAYLION Technology announced a significant three-year strategic partnership targeting 2GWh of energy storage system (ESS) deliveries. This collaboration aims to integrate Ampace's leading safety technologies with HAYLION's application-specific solutions to advance global energy storage safety and low-carbon transportation infrastructure.
The partnership's core strength lies in combining Ampace's robust "full-stack safety architecture"—featuring ultra-long-life battery cells (15,000 cycles), a system that passes stringent UL9540A thermal runaway tests (no open flame within 24 hours), and a 99.5% accurate AI-powered BMS—with HAYLION's expertise in smart transportation and eMaaS (Electric Mobility as a Service). The collaboration will focus on high-demand applications like low-altitude economy infrastructure (e.g., Verti-X takeoff/landing stations), ultra-fast charging networks, and Advanced Air Mobility (AAM). Initial pilot projects are planned for HAYLION's Shenzhen facilities.

Beyond commercial goals, the alliance includes plans for a public welfare training program to raise safety standards for smaller operators, demonstrating a shared commitment to social responsibility. Both companies also emphasize global expansion, intending to leverage their combined experience to standardize and promote integrated photovoltaic, storage, and charging stations internationally. Executives from both sides highlighted that this deep synergy is not merely a market initiative but a shared commitment to building a more intelligent, safe, and sustainable global energy ecosystem, accelerating the development of smart transportation networks.
