Championing Talent and Innovation: HAYLION's Leadership at Shenzhen Talent Day Highlights Futian's Green Energy Vision

On November 1st, Futian District hosted the "Saluting Endeavor, Ushering in Futian's Future" event, which coincided with the 9th Shenzhen Talent Day and the 7th Shenzhen Entrepreneurs' Day. President Xi Jinping’s remark “A city should have not only stature but also warmth” (from this year's Central Urban Work Conference) served as the event’s heartwarming theme. Jenny Liu, CEO of Shenzhen HAYLION Technology Co., Ltd., was invited to host the gathering, joined by over 350 participants—including Huang Wei (Vice Chairman of Shenzhen CPPCC & Secretary of Futian District Committee), Zhou Jiangtao (Futian District Mayor), enterprise representatives, association leaders, and outstanding talents.

The event unveiled two key lists (Futian’s High-Quality Development Enterprises and Talents) and launched the "Sixfold Futian Gift Package": policy support (up to 50 million yuan for single enterprises in 8 fields like tech innovation), financial aid (nearly 100 billion yuan in credit/industrial funds), 240,000㎡ of industrial space , 400 "Futian Elite Talent" slots, 1,000 guaranteed rental housing units (for 2025 high-quality enterprises), and 100 service activities. It also featured "Four Key Highlights": the "City Star" segment honoring elites, the supportive "Sixfold Gift Package", a debut Futian promo using "live-action+CG+AI", and a custom drone show telling strivers’ stories.

During the 14th Five-Year Plan, Futian’s economic output is expected to exceed 630 billion yuan. For the 15th Five-Year Plan, it will build "6 Valleys + 4 Centers + 4 Highlands ", forming "2 trillion-level + 8 100-billion-level " industrial clusters, and developing three new engines (Hetao Sci-Tech Zone, Xiangmi Lake New Financial Center, Ring Central Park Circle).

Rooted in Futian and co-founded by experts with Shenzhen Bus Group and Guangdong Yuanjian Private Equity, HAYLION leads in smart transportation/new energy via its "Energy-Ground-Air" model and eMaaS tech, partnering with SCANIA (Volkswagen Group) and Hino (Toyota Group).
