Recently, HAYLION officially released the 2025 Corporate Culture Scroll. Through cultural practices across the four seasons, the scroll comprehensively demonstrates the in-depth development and value realization of its corporate culture. Themed "Culture as the Vessel, Riding the Waves Toward an Integrated Ground-Air Future," this scroll documents the cultural journey of HAYLION employees over the course of twelve months. It vividly showcases the company's pioneering spirit and its mission-oriented vision of an integrated ground-air ecosystem.

The Cultural Scroll of Four Seasons: Composing the Evolutionary History of Our Spirit
In 2025, HAYLION used the four seasons as its brush to paint a colorful cultural scroll. From forging the soul of "Pathfinders" during spring mountain treks, to inheriting cultural DNA through the aroma of zongzi in summer; from passing the torch of innovation via sci-fi movie screenings in autumn, to sublimating cultural values during warm winter gatherings, HAYLION employees have taken concrete actions to interpret the belief that "The hardest-core technology always grows in the warmest cultural soil."
Spring Departure: Mountain Trek, Forging the Soul of "Pathfinders"
In April, HAYLION employees shouldered their backpacks and set foot on the rugged 8–12 km trail of Tanglang Mountain. "Every persistent step is a tribute to our pioneering spirit," they declared. On steep slopes, helping hands were extended; during breaks, water bottles were shared; and when someone fell behind, the call "We are waiting for you" echoed. Through these acts, the "Pathfinder Spirit" transformed from a slogan into tangible action. The panoramic view from the Tanglang Mountain overlook taught a lesson in strategic altitude, while the magnificent sunset over Meilin Reservoir bore witness to the rising vision of an integrated ground-air future.

Summer Cultivation: The Aroma of Zongzi, Inheriting Culture Through Collaboration
In May, the "Fragrant Leaves, Shared Creations" Dragon Boat Festival event, orchestrated by HAYLION's Administration Department, sparked a wonderful dialogue between traditional culture and modern corporate philosophy. Employees from various departments formed teams to create a "Zongzi Production Line": the R&D team experimented with leaf-wrapping techniques, the Finance Department provided careful guidance, and the Administration team built the bridge for learning. Triangular, rectangular, and pillow-shaped rice dumplings, along with creative variations like low-sugar health versions and cross-border flavors, vividly demonstrated the HAYLION spirit of weaving innovation into its DNA.

Summer Cohesion: The Mid-Year Review, Where Values Shine Collectively
At the June mid-year review, there were no ballads of individual heroism, only an orchestra of team synergy. The eMaaS team conquered the Hong Kong BIGBEE project, redefining urban mobility through technology; the Charging Station Operations team refined their processes, striving to reduce error rates; and the Energy and Low-altitude teams joined forces to explore and build the prototype of a ground-air collaborative product. With Cantonese and English in full swing, the multilingual work mode ensured seamless collaboration across the team. CEO Ms. Liu Wenyu concluded: "Cohesion is not shouted out; it is forged through repeated collaborative efforts."

Autumn Resonance: Sci-Fi Movie Viewing, Passing the Torch of Innovation Across Generations
During the lunch break in August, a screening of 2001: A Space Odyssey revealed to HAYLION employees the romantic essence hidden behind technology. The virtual high-five between the HAL9000 AI system and the eMaaS platform revealed a shared lineage in intelligent technology; the temporal resonance between the spacecraft's solar panels and the photovoltaic charging stations highlighted the inevitable path of the energy revolution.
"The true light of technology has never been a set of cold, hard parameters. It is, instead, a group of people spreading their wings of imagination to embrace all things, while tirelessly conducting experiments to verify their ideas 'one more time'."

Autumn Bloom: The Urban Stage, Cultural Responsibility Through Social Contribution
During November's Shenzhen Talent Day, HAYLION's CEO, Ms. Wendy Liu, served as the host, marking the most compelling footnote to the brand's cultural expansion. As the city's most influential gathering of top talent and entrepreneurs, the event not only unveiled the Futian High-Quality Development Enterprise List and Talent List but also launched the "Six Major Packages of Benefits." These were designed to award certificates to the representatives of the first batch of "Futian Talents."
Ms. Liu stated, "Shenzhen prospers because of its talent and thrives because of its entrepreneurs. As the central district of Shenzhen, Futian is extending its olive branch to the world's finest minds with the utmost sincerity, the best policies, and the finest services."

Winter Integration: A Warm Gathering, Sublimating Culture Through Ritual
In December, HAYLION closed the chapter on a year of cultural endeavors with two significant events. The initiative, "If there is someone special you would like to thank, now is the time to send your appreciation," allowed long-held gratitude to flow freely. The annual planning meeting, on the other hand, revealed another facet of the culture. The "Ground-Air Integration" blueprint sketched by Dr. Hu Jianping reignited the sense of mission, while the "Military-style pledges" made by department heads demonstrated the collective pursuit of excellence. Most importantly, the implementation plan for cross-departmental collaboration mechanisms gave "Co-creation and Sharing" real teeth.

Building a Cultural System: Bringing Values to Life
In 2025, HAYLION's cultural development was not a collection of sporadic activities, but a systematic and phased value practice. From the drafting of the first HAYLION Corporate Culture Manual at the end of 2024, to the full-year implementation and execution of cultural activities in 2025, HAYLION is building a complete cultural ecosystem.
The spirit of "Daring to Be the First Under Heaven" transforms into the courage to face challenges during mountain hikes, and sublimates into the innovative spirit of breaking boundaries during technical breakthroughs; "Excellent Achievements" is embodied in charging station operations through the relentless pursuit of service quality; "Co-creation and Sharing" manifests in cultural activities as an open mindset of cross-boundary collaboration; "Respect" melts into the Christmas gathering as sincere appreciation for individual differences; and "Done is Better than Perfect" transforms into a pragmatic style of agile execution during project advancement.
Looking Ahead to 2026: Sailing Toward the Stars and Ocea
Looking back at 2025, the code of HAYLION's culture has already been embedded in the sweat shed on mountain trails, the laughter before the screen, the applause during reports, and the tributes on the stage. These fragments, when pieced together, form not only the growth trajectory of a company but also the collective faith of a group of people in their mission as "Explorers of Intelligent Mobility."
In 2026, the blueprint for ground-air integration has been laid out, and the clarion call for the energy and low-altitude economy has sounded. The HAYLION team will continue to write the next chapter—with the courage to "pioneer," the craftsmanship to "pursue excellence," and the ecosystem of "co-creation." We aim to make eMaaS the preferred choice for ground-air travel and ensure that every exploration becomes a footnote in our era.
